We decided to move away from Discord as a platform for managing KX accounts due to several limitations, including limited features and resources, and a large number of inactive users on the server. The main reason was that a lot of new users had issues with one-time Discord invites, some people were leaving the server by mistake or joining the server with a wrong account. It caused a lot of trouble for us, because we had to spend a lot of time helping these users. To provide a better user experience, we created a new website that offers improved support, and a streamlined account management process. We understand that the transition from Discord to the website may be challenging for some users. Still, we are always here to help you. Yes, there is a new Discord server available. Joining the server is optional but highly recommended, as it offers a community of KX Trainer users who can help with troubleshooting and provide tips and advice. To join the server, simply go to your user panel on our website and follow the instructions provided.

No, you no longer need to use our Discord bot to manage your account. All the features you need to manage your account are now available directly on the new website.

Yes, using third-party software like KX Trainer to modify gameplay in Guild Wars 2 carries risks, including permanent bans or suspension of accounts. It's important to note that there is now a new system that detects quick teleports between waypoints, which can lead to automatic bans. While historically bans were rare and typically required reports from other players, the automated detection system increases the likelihood of facing consequences. No, you cannot use one account to access KX Trainer on multiple PCs. Our software is designed to be used on one PC at a time, so if you want to use it on multiple PCs, you will need multiple accounts.
